TERMS & CONDITIONS
Domestic (US) Ready-to-ship orders are packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping prices are for UPS and you will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped. Shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling.
MADE-to-ORDER pieces are produced and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of an item, or the dimensions of the box used to ship.
We cannot guarantee delivery times or dates – orders usually arrive 5-7 business days after the date of shipping. In the case you need something by a specific date, please contact us, as you may need upgraded shipping services.
REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we cannot make any changes to the order once it has been placed. All items are hand-made and we work in small production batches, so any modification or cancellation of the order is non-refundable. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.
All exposed clay is completely vitrified so it won’t absorb water. Any area of exposed clay or marks are intentional.
Upon arrival of items, if there are any flaws or damages, or you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product, then we will honor a 10 day exchange policy or store credit. This does not include custom orders or made to order pieces. We do not offer returns or refunds on made to order items unless received broken or damaged. Pay return shipping.
For in stock items, they must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they arrived. Please contact Mark Churchill within 5 business days of receipt for damaged or broken items. We recommend insuring all items for return. You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt.
All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Should you receive a package that has significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. Should you receive a package with damaged product please let us know immediately by emailing Mark Churchill.
